Drivers Installation Guide (USB Flash/Signed)
USB Flash Drivers
USB Flash drivers are necessary to allow our client software to communicate with your device via your USB port. Use the guide below to get them properly installed.
Installation Instructions
1. Download the USB Flash Drivers.
2. Simply run the .exe file and follow the instructions to install.
Signed Drivers
Signed drivers are necessary for your computer to recognize your phone's hardware and need to be installed prior to a permanent unlock.
Installation Instructions
1. Log into the client software using your customer ID and password.
2. Connect your handset while holding the "C" button ("2" or "5" button on some phone models).
3. Select "Drivers" from the service menu.
4. Select your model and click "GO".
NOTE: Be sure that you are able to install unsigned drivers on your PC - this can be edited in Windows XP/Vista/7 under "My Computer / Properties / Hardware / Driver Signing".
